FAQ

What does my VenuesNow registration give me access to?
Your registration will give you access to (2) days of programming and networking events, including lunches, breaks, and receptions. Full schedule will be online soon.
Who attends the VenuesNow Conference?

The VenuesNow conference is a gathering of senior venue and facility professionals in the sports and live entertainment space. Attendees include venue operators, concession and hospitality professionals, agents, managers, promoters, branding and sponsorship executives, specialists in operations and logistics including technology, ticketing, security, finance and development.

Will I receive an attendee list?
We do not disclose attendee information without permission. During the registration process you’ll have the opportunity to opt-in and share your information with others via the VenuesNow Conference app. The app will be launched a few weeks prior to the event date and will allow registrants who opt-in to communicate with each other.
What is being done to ensure safety and sanitization?
We continue to be in close contact with the CDC, government and local officials, and the host hotel to provide a safe and healthy environment for all. We will communicate specifics to our registrants as the event date nears and guidelines for this time frame are clear.
Is parking available?
Both valet and self-parking are available on-site to conference registrants at a negotiated rate. Validation is not needed, simply advise the attendant that you are a registrant of the conference. You may be asked to show your conference badge.
Can someone pick up my registration badge for me?

We request that all registrants check in for themselves as valid government identification will be required to obtain your badge. Should you need alternate accommodations, please contact Events@OakViewGroup.com at least 3 days in advance of the event.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual.
